What is HSBC YourVoice?

YourVoice is a chance for you to help create an even better way of banking. By putting products and services through their paces, working out niggles, telling us what you like and giving us feedback to help us make things even better. You can help shape how we provide banking and services in the future.

How it works

Whether we’re launching a new product, looking to make improvements to future offers or just testing an idea to see if we’re on the right track, YourVoice gives you the chance to provide feedback on your needs, expectations and experiences of HSBC.

Each month we will launch a series of short activities in the form of a poll or survey. Some you may feel passionately about, others may not interest you that much, but your participation and honest feedback gives us a much better understanding of what our customers want and need.
